Introducing the Book Lovers Vintage Paper Bead Necklace, with unique beads reminiscent of taking an old leather suitcase on a train adventure, curled up with a good book! The paper beads have shades of brown, tan, olive green and faded newsprint, with clear glass beads in between. These are longer than our other paper bead necklaces, at around 13" clasped and 27" long total. 
 
These beads are made from magazines, torn into strips, then varnished and placed on a necklace string in between small glass beads. Very cool product, supporting local Bakiga women artisans and Redemption Song Foundation.
 
Each necklace is a single strand. They look great paired! All necklaces have a plastic clasp that is shaped like the beads.
